Action Steps: How You Can Help:
1.  Help Us "Spread The Word".    Ask your family, friends and co-workers to participate.   You can use the "email this page" link at the bottom of this page to inform them about this appeal.
Your generous donation will assist us to cover storage space, administrative expenses, distribution costs etc. Any donation will help.  A recurring donation will help even more.  Donate Now! [13]
We also need more help in kind.  This will help ensure stretch our dollars so we achieve the greatest good.

2.  Donate or "Sponsor a Box or Two".     We will need more than the dime that will come with each book.  We are hoping to get reduced shipping, clearing costs etc.

3.  Parents / School Children / Teachers: Ask Your Schools to Participate in This Project.&   The appeal can run for a week, month or for a full semester.  This is an excellent way of recycling the books you've read and no longer need.    This is an excellent alternative to dropping them off at a local charity store.   Please see our guidelines [14].
The children and youth will find this project fulfilling and exciting.   It will be a good way to introduce and expose them to world issues.  Individual and group study projects could focus on "Education in Africa" etc.  This will give them added exposure to relevant world issues.

We will send an "Award of Appreciation and Thank You" to each institution that participates.  This will help to publicize your contribution / involvement.

4. Ask Your Business / Organization to Financially Sponsor This Project.     We will send an "Award of Appreciation and Thank You" to each institution that participates.  This will help to publicize your contribution / involvement.  Your social responsibility is appreciated.

5. Launch a Book Drive at Your Business / Organization / College  and help us collect the books we need.   We encourage volunteers to set up and conduct a book drive in their location community / church etc.  If you are interested in conducting a book drive on our behalf, please see our drive information page [15] .  We welcome your involvement, wherever you are located.

6. Contribute Children's Books.  We will welcome and gladly receive your books.  Please see our recommended book guidelines [16].

7. Assist us in Sorting and Packing of Books.
Volunteer help is needed in Johnson City, Tennessee to help sort and pack the books we receive. This will be sporadic as the books come in.  For more information, please contact us [17]
