The NVDP is a national program that began servicing charities in 1994.  It is supported by the Auto-Donation.com website and is a sSubsidiary of Insurance Auto Auctions – the largest salvage auction company in North America.  You can make your donation online or by calling 800.456.5517.

4. My Gift to Africa: This is a dedicated website set up by Develop Africa to facilitate vehicle donations.  Through this premier, focused site you can easily donate your vehicle to Develop Africa:  www.MyGiftToAfrica.org

Donors may deduct the vehicle's selling price at auction, which may be lower than the Kelley Blue Book value. For example: A car with a Blue Book value of $1,500 is donated to a charity. The car actually sells for $1000. The donor claims a $1000 tax deduction.  Vehicles must have a clear title and no major damage.
