Develop Africa is committed to empowering individuals in Sierra Leone through education, digital literacy, vocational training, and workforce development. As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to transform workplaces around the world, access to practical AI training can help professionals develop valuable skills, improve productivity, and adapt to emerging technologies.

Through its AI training initiative, part of Develop Africa’s broader Workforce Empowerment project on GlobalGiving, the organization seeks to provide professionals with hands-on instruction in using AI tools to support everyday workplace responsibilities.

Training Objectives and Skills Development
The two-day training program is designed to introduce participants to practical applications of artificial intelligence that can be used in a variety of professional settings.

Through guided instruction and hands-on learning, participants will learn how to:

• Write professional emails and letters.
• Prepare reports and summarize documents.
• Improve workplace communication and productivity.
• Save time when completing routine administrative tasks.
• Build confidence in using emerging technologies.

These skills can benefit individuals working in businesses, nonprofit organizations, government offices, and other professional environments. By learning how to incorporate AI tools into their daily responsibilities, participants can improve efficiency and strengthen their professional capabilities.

A contribution of $125 sponsors one professional for two days of hands-on AI training. This support helps make workforce development opportunities accessible to individuals who might otherwise be unable to afford the training.

Donations of all sizes help expand access to AI training and other essential workforce development opportunities. Contributions of $25, $50, $125, or more support the goal of equipping individuals with practical skills for an increasingly technology-driven world.

Invest in their potential. Multiply their opportunities.
