Educate a Future Leader-Break the Cycle of Poverty

Educate a Future Leader-Break the Cycle of Poverty

On October 17, the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, we’re reminded that every child deserves the opportunity to build a secure, hopeful future.

For students in Sierra Leone, access to education can open doors to employment, entrepreneurship, and greater financial independence. But when families cannot afford school fees, supplies, or skills training, those opportunities can be limited.

Your support can help change that.

Through Develop Africa, your generosity helps provide scholarships, school supplies, computer training, mentoring, and educational opportunities that prepare young people to pursue their dreams and build brighter futures.

When you invest in a child's education, you’re helping more than one student—you’re helping create opportunities that can benefit families and communities for generations.

Together, we can help remove barriers, expand opportunity, and empower the next generation of leaders in Sierra Leone.

Make a Difference Today: Donate to the Year of the Pencil Campaign

On November 20th, this movement placed over 100,000 pencils into the hands

of children across Sierra Leone in 20 schools.

Each pencil tells a story — of hope, opportunity, and possibility.

Education is more than lessons — it’s liberation.

Every $25 helps children write their dreams.
