Empowering Future Leaders: Thomascia's Journey

Thomascias is a bright college student with dreams of becoming a Social Worker so that she can give back to the community that supported her in her times of need.  She has been a part of the Develop Africa Scholarship program since she was a little girl, and she is so thankful for the support she has received from donors like you that have enabled her to complete high school and now attend college.

Thomascia expressed her gratitude to donors in this video.

Hello, my name is Thomascia. I am one of the beneficiaries of Develop Africa. I want to say thank you to donors for paying my tuition fee. I am presently on campus, I come here for lectures, thank you very much.

Your contributions have played a significant role in Thomascia's education. Every dollar donated supports girls' education and enables girls like Thomascia to pursue their passions and make a lasting difference in their communities.

Educating girls empowers them to become future leaders, breaking the cycle of poverty within their communities.

Together, we can extend the reach of our impact and inspire more individuals to invest in girls' education. We encourage you to share Thomascia's story with your contacts and invite them to join us in supporting this ongoing project

Make a Difference Today: Donate to the Year of the Pencil Campaign

On November 20th, this movement placed over 100,000 pencils into the hands

of children across Sierra Leone in 20 schools.

Each pencil tells a story — of hope, opportunity, and possibility.

Education is more than lessons — it’s liberation.

Every $25 helps children write their dreams.
