At Develop Africa Sierra Leone (DASL), supporting a child's education also means following their progress throughout their educational journey.

At the end of each academic year, DASL collects academic results from beneficiaries. The team reviews the results, updates beneficiary records, identifies areas where additional support may be needed, and prepares for the annual scholarship distribution.

Recently, Yealie submitted her latest academic results.

Yealie is currently in SSS 2 and has been part of the program for 12 years, having joined when she was in Class One.

The DASL team reviewed her results and confirmed that she performed well and progressed to SSS 2.

For the Program Manager, reviewing Yealie's results is more than checking grades. It provides an opportunity to see how a beneficiary is progressing and to understand where continued support may be needed.
