Here at Develop Africa, since 2006, we have prioritized the education of girls.

From March 6 to March 13, we are participating in GlobalGiving's Girl Fund campaign. This campaign provides the opportunity for us to become a member of the Girl Fund group/cohort for one year. Members of this group, we are guaranteed to receive at least $10,000 over the course of 1 year.

  
How to Secure Membership in the Girl Fund
The 2020 Girl Fund Cohort will be selected from the top 15 projects with the most unique donors in the Girl Fund Campaign.

The two organizations with the most unique donors in the Girl Fund Campaign will automatically win a year-long spot in GlobalGiving’s 2020 Girl Fund.

• The top 2 organizations (based on the number of donors) are guaranteed membership. 
• The remaining 6 spots will be decided on through a voting process by the top 15 organizations. 

The only way to guarantee membership is by being one of the top 2 organizations based on the number of donations.

• Help us secure one of the top 2 spots by making a donation of $10 or more. Your $10 will help us obtain an estimated $10,000+ over 12 months
   
• Ask your spouse and other family members to donate.  Every unique donation is a vote and counts.
