Thanks to your support our kids will be learning in 3 dry rooms this semester.   

Learning in a room with a leaking roof is no fun. Like you, the kids in Liberia do not like to get wet - particularly when they are trying to focus. Additionally, the drip-drip sound of the dropping water was distracting. Because of the leaking and damaged roof, one of the rooms was unusable during the heavy downpours typical in Liberia.

Thanks to your support we were able to purchase a new sewing machine for the Tailoring School. Our tailoring program has taught over 150 individuals. The classes have grown large enough that there are no longer adequate machines for the tailoring trainees to use.  More machines are still needed, but the tailoring students are delighted with the new machine.

Thanks to your donations, we were able to purchase 30 bed nets to protect families in Liberia from mosquitos while they sleep.  

Less than 10% of children sleep under protective nets in Liberia, where malaria is still a frequent and killer disease. Malaria causes unnecessary sickness, hospitalization, and deaths - most of which could be easily prevented. The long-lasting insecticide-treated bed nets provide an effective barrier and protection from
