Aminata lives with her parents and siblings in a mud house. They cannot afford to send Aminata to school, however trough generous donations, she has received funding to help pay for her tuition, books, school supplies and related school expenses. Thanks to your support, Aminata is enjoying school.

Over the past 8+ years, we have together provided thousands of hours of training for youths and youth groups. During my last visit to Sierra Leone on July / August last year, the youths that I met enthusiastically expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation for your kind support.  

Computer proficiency is increasingly essential for relevance in today's computer-driven society.  We are committed to continuing to empower youths and girls in this area.  

Over the years, together we have brought hope and made a difference in hundreds of lives.
 
Balu's story is a heart-warming example of the difference we have made together. Pregnant, she dropped out of school after the Ebola crisis. She attended a year of remedial training at the Creating Pathways Centre, thanks to a grant from GlobalGiving. Thanks to funds donated on GlobalGiving, she recently resumed school.  Balu (pictured) says a big thank you in this video.

Did you know that according to a 2016 World Health Organization (WHO) report, in 2016, 3 in 10 Sierra Leoneans were infected with Malaria. "Sierra Leone remains one of the worst affected by the disease" and the disease remains "serious public health threat".

Most of us think about what we need from the grocery store and what we are making for dinner at night, but we do not have to worry about being able to eat today. 

Thanks to your generous support, now the Dream Home children do not have to worry about whether they get to eat today either. Your donations have covered nutritious meals for the Dream Home children this spring.
