Volunteer of the Month

At Develop Africa, Inc., volunteers are special and deeply appreciated. Without them this organization would grind to a halt.

In an effort to recognize the contribution of our dear volunteers, one volunteer will be recognized each month as follows (starting in November 2006).

1. Brief profile of the "Volunteer of the Month" will be added to this page. (Links to all previous Volunteers of the Month will be available here).

2. A small "appreciation" package will be mailed to the Volunteer of the Month.

Make a Difference Today: Donate to the Year of the Pencil Campaign

On November 20th, this movement placed over 100,000 pencils into the hands

of children across Sierra Leone in 20 schools.

Each pencil tells a story — of hope, opportunity, and possibility.

Education is more than lessons — it’s liberation.

Every $25 helps children write their dreams.
