He is a graduate of Banking and Finance and the first person in his family to get a college degree. 

Growing up he desperately wanted an education because children like John understand the pivotal role education plays in lifting them out of poverty. Sadly, the dreams of getting an education by many promising students from less privileged backgrounds will never become a reality unless help comes their way in the form of scholarship opportunities.
