Your donations are making a positive impact on the next generation of leaders in Freetown. Thanks to your support we have been able to send and distribute books and school supplies to the United Methodist Church Primary School at George Brook, Freetown.

Sometimes it is challenging to believe that a dollar makes a difference, but it does make an impact. Every dollar donated is like a pebble being thrown into a pond; that pebble causes a ripple in the water that affects a large area around it. The future depends on us and if we educate the future leaders and empower them with knowledge we will cause a positive ripple effect across the world.
Your generous support provided Aminata with a solar light, which makes a significant improvement on her ability to study at night.

Please see Aminata's letter of appreciation. In her letter, Aminata says:
Thanks to your support, 2 girls - Baindu and Theresa, who had dropped out of school are now able to go to school again. This is HUGE and we are super excited about this!
We have been able to provide them scholarships to cover the costs of books, coaching classes and transportation. We greatly appreciate your ongoing support that enables more girls to complete their education and have a better future.
In this video, Baindu and Theresa express their gratitude to YOU for helping them with their education.
Make a Difference Today: Donate to the Year of the Pencil Campaign
On November 20th, this movement placed over 100,000 pencils into the hands
of children across Sierra Leone in 20 schools.
Each pencil tells a story — of hope, opportunity, and possibility.
Education is more than lessons — it’s liberation.
Every $25 helps children write their dreams.
