I have a question about child sponsorship beyond what is covered in these FAQs or the site. How do I submit a question or talk to someone?

 

We would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.  Please email us at child@developafrica.org with your questions.  

If you prefer to discuss your question/concern over the phone, indicate this in your email, and we will decide on a mutually convenient time to talk – within 1-2 business days.

How do I send a message to my sponsored child, update my profile or see photos and documents from my sponsored child?

Go to https://developafrica.reachapp.co/sponsorships

1.  Click on "Log in"

2.  Type in using your username (email address) and password.

3.  Click on the "Sign in" button If you do not know what your username and password are or you signed up through the help of someone else, you can request a new password, by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link.  If you need help with resetting your password, please send a message to child@developafrica.org and we will gladly assist you.

When are extra funds most valued by the child / families?

Most families value and appreciate extra funds / gifts at the beginning of the academic school year (August / September). 

Some families have asked us to accumulate child sponsorship funds till this season when they are most in need for bulk funds to take care of school-related expenses. 

If you would like to make an additional donation towards this at anytime, you are welcome to do so.
